Professional Background

 Rafael Flores is the Echo Instructor for the Echocardiography program at Montgomery College.  He is also the head cardiovascular sonographer at Dr. Ramin Oskoui, and is credentialed in both Vascular and Echocardiography.  Rafael graduated from Montgomery College's DMS program in 1998.
