Background Statement

DR. JEANANN S. BOYCE has extensive experience as an educator and trainer in Computer Information Systems and Business for over twenty years. Her wide teaching background spans business, computer, and management courses from the undergraduate through doctoral levels. Dr. Boyce is recognized as a leader in technical education training. She is an active professional who has written many articles and presents regularly at national and international technical education conferences. She has maintained a currency in technology through continuous consulting. She has coordinated the contract negotiations, curriculum, and delivery of over twenty instructional projects. She is a certified CMM evaluator for Carnegie-Mellon's Software Engineering Institute. She holds the Distance Education Evaluation Certification from the American Council on Education. Her current research areas include systems process improvement and the optimization of distance and classroom learning techniques.
