Montgomery College Bookstores
Before you look up textbook information you will need to know:
- The specific campus bookstore either Rockville, Germantown, or Takoma Park/Silver Spring which is indicated in the course description.
- The Course Number which starts with either CMP or ITI.
- The five digit CRN#. The bookstore refers to it as Course ID#.

Takoma Park/Silver Spring Bookstore, 240-567-1522, mapAt this time the Montgomery College Bookstore Hours for the Germantown, Rockville and Takoma Park campus during the regular school year are Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 6:30pm, Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. These hours are subject to change without notice. Check the bookstore site for reduced summer hours.

Books may be purchased at the MC Bookstore or online.
To find the CMP# or ITI# for your class you may look on Continuing Education's Course Objectives page. Classes are listed by category.
- On the MC Bookstore page you can click on either the BOOKLISTS or MBS DIRECT to find textbook information.
- Click on Buy Textbooks to get information.
- Next, select Rockville Continuing Education or Takoma or Germantown, whichever is appropriate. Classes held at Westfield in Wheaton get their books through the Takoma Park Bookstore, and classes held in GBTC get their books through the Rockville campus bookstore.
- On the Bottom of the page you will find a list of all the CMP# and ITI# and more for Continuing Education classes.
- If you cannot find the information for your class listed please call 800-325-3252 to ask for assistance.
- Check off the CMP/ITI number for the class you are interested in. Note
that the classes are listed like:
