Students who have been told by their instructor that they can use this tutorial to earn extra credit should print out a copy of the filled-in form. You must complete 2 of the 3 questions in the quiz section (part II) correctly in order to qualify for extra credit.  The completed form and exercise. should be brought to the Montgomery College Library reference desks (Takoma Park or Germantown campuses only.) You can also mail or fax this information (be sure to include your postal mailing address). At Takoma Park, the librarian will provide you with an extra credit certificate. At Germantown, the librarian will forward your quiz to your professor for extra credit. However, we would appreciate it if you also submit your evaluation online for statistical purposes by clicking on at the bottom of the page.
